What does a “Prestige” Home Service Agreement mean to a buyer?

The Seller has paid for a Preferred Warranty Plan providing for repair or replacement of eligible home equipment in the event of mechanical failure (deductible/service fee: $95 or actual cost, whichever is less per claim, per occurrence.) Equipment covered for the Buyer includes:

This Prestige Home Service Agreement is also available for Buyers to purchase in cases where: 1) the Seller of an Arrow Real Estate listing chose not to purchase it, or 2) the property was listed by a real estate agency other than Arrow Real Estate.
